The Spenco Total Support Original Insoles create an advanced arch support and deep heel cupping for a Total Support System.
The Total Support Original Insoles are 3/8 inch thick at the heel and 1/4 inch thick in the forefoot pad. A unique patent pending 3-POD™ Cushioning Insole System absorbs shock and helps prevent over-pronation, the leading cause of many common injuries such as Plantar Fasciitis. A Forefoot Crash Pad provides extra cushioning under the ball of foot for a smooth transition to toe-off. A Reverse Motions Extension creates a toe-off pad for greater propulsion.
The Spenco PolySorb® Total Support Insoles are engineered to provide the most advanced comfort and performance for today's more active lifestyles. Whether you need Maximum Cushioning Insoles to help absorb the impact from standing, walking or running or total support Insoles to help support and stabilize your arch and heel, the Spenco PolySorb® Total Support Insoles are the ideal solution for you.
The Spenco Polysorb Total Support Original Insoles in a #4 Women's Size 11-12 / Men's Size 10-11 weigh 4.6 ounces for a pair (or 2.3 ounces for 1 insole).

Great product Review by raygun
Price Value Quality Have had problems for years with flat feet. Have spent a lot on custom Orthodoxes and other brand support inner soles. So far these are the best and most comfortable (Posted on 4/8/13)

GREAT Insoles! Better Than I Even Realized! Review by Simantic
Price Value Quality - I bought these after reading good reviews about them here (and the price is right, too). I bought brand new New Balance 610 shoes that I love, but the stock insoles have very little arch support. I have flat feet so I need some extra support. I tried the insoles the night I got them and it made 2-week old shoes feel better than new - outstanding!
- I've now been wearing them 8-10 hours per day nearly every day for almost a month. My job has me at a desk one day, standing in one spot for hours the next, doing a lot of walking across jobsites another day, and climbing a 20-foot ladder with tools and supplies other days - rain, snow, or shine; so I've tried them in lots of conditions.
- I immediately noticed that my feet were much more comfortable all the time. These insoles really seem to keep my feet in the shape that works best. The shoes feel new and comfy all day now, instead of great at first and tiring later. Comfy feet = happy!
- Eventually, though, I did start to wonder if I was happy because I was still noticing fatigue by the end of the day. With my varying conditions I didn't know if it was the shoes, insoles, or just normal fatigue. Well, last week I had to do some car repairs and I wore my old New Balance (11 years old) while I did it. That convinced me. I know the shoes are old, but I immediately noticed the difference of not having the support of the insoles. It was uncomfortable in seconds, not just after a long hard day. I'm wearing the new ones while I write this now, and a month later they still feel great every time I put them on.
- With their low cost relative to other options, you can't go wrong with these insoles! Comfy, supportive, great fit, and inexpensive...I couldn't be happier with them. (Posted on 3/18/13) -
very good possibly the best insoles i have ever used Review by William
Price Value Quality I put them in my work shoes I stand on my feet all day and sometimes stand in a small area for 20-30 mins at a time which puts more stress on your feet then when your walking around. Anyways I tried them in my 2 year old shoes that already had dr scholls memory foam inserts in them. Took out the old soles and these are by far the best insoles i have tried to date much better than the 3 or 4 other dr scholls i have used. I also got a pair of spenco gel insoles but these polysorb total support are much better. All my foot pain and aches have gone away after 6-7 days of using them. (Posted on 1/13/13)

Great insoles/arch supports Review by Steve
Quality Price Value I began having foot pain after walking a couple miles, I tried adding some gel insoles but that didn't help, so I tried these after reading that the pain might be caused by not enough arch suppport (I have medium-high arches). I added them to my running shoes & they are very comfortable & I have much less pain now. I would buy these again
