  1. FREE SAME DAY SHIPPING - Applies to all orders over $20.00 received before 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders received on weekends or on a holiday will be shipped on the next business day. FREE SHIPPING only applies to purchases shipped to the same address. For multiple address shipments, contact us to discuss shipping charges.

  2. FREE SAME DAY SHIPPING applies to all orders shipped to addresses located within the United States, Territories, & APO/FPO locations.

  3. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Orders shipping to a Canadian destination will be subject to a Flat Rate shipping charge of $12.95. All other International Orders outside of the United States will be subject to a Flat Rate shipping charge of $21.95 US to cover the cost of international shipping by way of the USPS. International Orders are shipped via First Class Mail International.

  4. Pertaining to orders and shipments outside the United States. The Post Office does not provide shipping and tracking information for International Orders. International orders have a Customs Number instead of a Tracking Number.

  5. EXPRESS SHIPPING. We ship Free via the USPS either as First Class Mail, Parcel Select or Priority Mail For Orders shipped within the United States. For rush orders, contact us to discuss shipping charges.

  6. MAIL CONFIRMATION/TRACKING INFORMATION. Customers will be provided with shipping and tracking information via email as soon as such information becomes available.

  7. DISCOUNTS. We offer a 10% discount on all orders of 3 or more pairs. Contact us to discuss larger quantity discounts for orders of 25 or more pairs. (Excludes all Orthaheel, UGG and sandal products)

  8. RETURNS. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any product in its original unworn/unused condition within 60 days of the purchase date (unless otherwise stated) for an exchange or refund less shipping & handling. HOWEVER, in order to correctly apply refunds and credits, you must provide purchaser name, address, and items purchased along with a notification advising whether you would like an exchange or refund. Goods returned in unsalable condition may be subject to a modest restocking charge. See our full Return/Exchange Policy here.

  9. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. In order to keep our prices low and offer free shipping on qualifying orders, we DO NOT reimburse return shipping charges unless the product you received was incorrectly packaged/shipped by us. Do not return products C.O.D., as we will refuse delivery. IF WE ARE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING COSTS,  we will issue and send a prepaid shipping label to you. We will not cover shipping costs on any orders unless a prepaid shipping is requested and issued.

  10. SIZING. Some products offer true sizing. If possible, this is noted with the product descriptions. Spenco products are rated conservatively; this means that the products will comfortably fit a ½ size larger than what they are rated to fit. This is because the insoles, arch supports, cushions and other products are generally intended to be trimmed for a perfect fit. A little “room” is provided for that trimming. There is no need to go up a size if you are on the border-line for a lower size.

  11. CANCELLED ORDERS. You may cancel an order and receive a refund. At our discretion, said refund may be less the transaction fees paid to the merchant bank. For packages shipped and refused by recipient; an immediate refund will be issued for the purchase amount less shipping and handling costs..

  12. BACK-ORDERS. We work very hard to maintain an adequate inventory on all items displayed and promoted for sale; however, occasionally, a backorder may occur. We will immediately contact you to make you aware if an item is back-ordered and give you the option of waiting for the product, receiving a full refund, or substitute the item for another product. Of course, all back-ordered items will be shipped free.

  13. PAYMENT METHODS. We offer your option of payment through Paypal or payment by credit card through a Secure Merchant Bank checkout. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Checkout is Secure. We do not collect or store your credit card information. We are contacted when payment is approved. We do not have access to your credit card number or other such information.

  14. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS. All products are displayed, promoted and information provided is directly taken from manufacturer’s specifications, product descriptions and product details. All information, specifications, details and descriptions provided are as accurate as possible.

  15. SALES TAX. North Carolina customers will be charged 7.25% sales tax, added at checkout. Customers outside the State of North Carolina are responsible for their state’s respective sales taxes and/or other associated taxes.

  16. PRIVACY POLICY. At The Insole Store, we believe that your personal information is just that - personal. We will NOT share any of your information with any other company. The information we obtain is necessary to fill your order. We will only use it for that purpose.
