SPENCO® PolySorb® Walker Runner is one of our most popular Insoles. The Walker Runners are proven to deliver the greatest combination of shock absorption and energy return during various athletic activities. Walking, running and jogging. Special "heel strike" cushioning delivers targeted shock absorption for rear foot impact.

Seven sizes fit Men's 6-15; Women's 3-12.

Spenco® Walker Runner style Insoles are made from a closed cell nitrogen injected SPENCO® material which is then laminated over a specifically contoured, lightweight polyurethane base to give the foot outstanding cushioning and stability. The Polysorb Walker Runner Insoles offer energy return for the heel strike and forefoot areas while delivering moderate arch support. These Insoles were awarded the prestigious Seal of Acceptance by the American Podiatric Medical Association.

I am a Registered Nurse in Florida and "pound the hallways all day long". a few months ago, my feet were actually throbbing so I sat down. Fortunately, while I was sitting down Podiatry was making rounds: I told them my feet were killing me and that I had recently tried getting the new DR. ____ and stood on the machine to get the right type which cost $49.00 a pair . They did absolutely nothing to help my feet!! The podiatrist told me to get spenco insoles instead and told me which shoe store I could buy them at. They have made such a difference that I bought two pairs at the store and have ordered a total of 5 pair from direct insoles! Not because they tear up but because I live in Florida and don't wear socks a-lot . And with the beach, have wet feet much of the time. Great Product!! Great Price!!! Have been referring Direct insole and Spenco to all my co-workers and Doc's.
One of my ARNP's got them for herself and her husband and they both love them!

I almost quit jogging because my feet were hurting so much after just a short distance. Then a friend of mine suggested I try the spenco inserts. So it was either quit jogging or try something. I am so surprised at how much of a difference they make. I can run without even thinking about my feet and my ankles and knees feel better too. They do make a big difference. (Posted on 2/19/2010)
