Domestic Shipping Policies

Domestic shipping policies apply to all shipping destinations within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and U.S. APO/FPO locations.

Same-day Shipping

Orders placed by 2:00pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday, will be assigned a tracking number and shipped by the end of the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm, on a weekend, or during a holiday will be shipped the following business day.

Free Shipping

Orders with a subtotal of $20.00 or greater and which will ship to a domestic address quality for Free Shipping. The "Free Shipping" method must be selected during checkout to be applied. Orders that are placed with the Free Shipping method will be sent via either United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail or FedEx SmartPost.

Shipping Options & Upgrades

TheInsoleStore.com utilizes the United States Postal Service and FedEx for all domestic shipments.

If you would prefer that your order be shipped with a specific carrier or shipping speed, we are happy to offer several different shipping options during checkout:

Please note: For FedEx SmartPost, FedEx is responsible for the transit of your package to your local post office, where your local USPS postal carrier will make the final delivery. In some cases, FedEx may elect to make the final delivery themselves, but this is not always possible or guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Package tracking information, including package carrier and tracking number, will be delivered via email at the time of shipment to the email address provided to us on your order during checkout. All orders receive shipping with delivery confirmation up to the point of delivery. If no email address is provided during checkout, or if an incorrect email address is provided, you may not receive your tracking information.

Delivery Estimates and Guarantees

TheInsoleStore.com relies on our shipping partners to provide delivery estimates for your package, and all such estimates are based solely on your delivery address and the carrier/service chosen for your order. As such, we are not responsible for any delays in transit or delivery times, or for any incorrect delivery estimates. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Delivery estimates are based on time in transit after order shipment, not order date and time. Orders placed after 2:00pm Eastern Time Friday, on a weekend, or during a holiday will ship the following business day.

Shipping Address Accuracy & Validation

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided to us during checkout is accurate and valid, including ensuring that the address is serviceable by the shipping carrier you have selected during checkout. If you notice after placing your order that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately so that we can update the address information prior to the shipment of your order. We are not able to update shipping information once the package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, please select a USPS shipping option, change your delivery address to a valid street address, or ensure that the address of the P.O. Box provided is in the form of a street address/box number (for instance, “123 Example Street, #456” rather than “P.O. Box 456”).

If we notice, during the shipment of your package, that the address provided to us on your order is invalid (for instance, an incorrect city/state and ZIP code combination was provided), we will attempt to contact you for clarification on the correct address prior to shipment. Please note that we will not ship your package in such cases until we have received the correct shipping address information from you.

In the event that you enter an inaccurate or unserviceable shipping address during checkout and that address is otherwise valid (for example, missing an apartment number, or using an incorrect house number), TheInsoleStore.com will only be able to attempt a reshipment of your order to an updated address if and once your original shipment is returned to us. In many cases, the package will be returned to us automatically. TheInsoleStore.com will only attempt to reship your order to an alternate address once. If your package shipped to an invalid address is not returned to us as undeliverable and is instead delivered to the address provided to us during checkout, we will not reship the order and are not responsible for the misdelivery.

Fulfillment Delays

TheInsoleStore.com is proud to say that we adhere to our same-day shipping promise 99.99% of the time. However, if there is ever an issue that prevents us from adhering to our same-day shipping promise, we will contact you immediately at the contact information provided to us on your order to let you know, as well as to reach a resolution regarding how you would like the delay to be handled.
Fulfillment delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, such as severe weather, address inaccuracies, or other such circumstances, TheInsoleStore.com is not responsible for such delays, and your order will be shipped as soon as we are able.

International Shipping Policies

International shipping policies apply to all shipping destinations outside of the United States, U.S. Territories, and U.S. APO/FPO locations.

Same-day Shipping

Orders placed by 2:00pm U.S. Eastern Time, Monday-Friday, will be assigned a tracking number by the end of the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm, on a weekend, or during a holiday will be shipped the following business day. In some cases, your package may not show tracking updates for an additional 1-2 business days as a result of additional handling that is required for international shipments.

Shipping Service & Transit Speed

TheInsoleStore.com utilizes the UPS Worldwide Economy shipping service for all international shipments. All shipments are processed and handled by UPS through customs, at which point the shipment becomes the responsibility of your country, regional, or local postal carrier.

Estimated delivery depends on destination country, but we estimate delivery to most service areas within 10-14 days from shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

TheInsoleStore.com ships orders duties & dues unpaid (DDU). Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility, as are any other fees charged by the customs or import authority of the destination country. TheInsoleStore.com does not ship any packages duties & dues prepaid. We do not claim, label, or otherwise mark items as "gifts" or "samples." When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must ensure compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order if you have any questions.

The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped in the event of a problem with the original shipment.

Tracking Information

International package tracking information, including package carrier and tracking number, will be delivered via email at the time of shipment to the email address provided to us on your order during checkout. If no email address is provided during checkout, or if an incorrect email address is provided, you may not receive your tracking information.

Tracking information is included through the final point of delivery for the following destination countries: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, Ireland, Hong Kong, France, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Gibraltar, Croatia, Israel, Japan, Republic of Korea, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore. For any countries not named above, tracking is only included through customs.

Please note that the package carrier for your order may change upon import of the package to your country. For example, if your order is being shipped to Canada, the package may be handed off to Canada Post after the package clears customs. In most cases, you will still be able to track your shipment progress up to the time of delivery through the original shipment tracking link provided to you. If, for whatever reason, you receive no tracking updates several days after customs clearance, please contact us and we will provide you with further instructions on how to track your order.

TheInsoleStore.com is not responsible for any delays caused by these or other delays that may occur during the international shipping and import process.

Unclaimed Packages

In some circumstances, your local customs office may hold your package and require a direct pickup of your order. It is your responsibility to review your package tracking information and to know if your order requires an in-person pickup. If your order remains unclaimed from customs and is returned to us as a result, please know that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your resulting order refund upon arrival back to us.

Returns and Exchanges

We must receive a product back at our warehouse before we will be able to proceed with any request for refund or exchange, and the cost of international return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you would like more information about a product before we ship your order, please contact our customer support team. We will be happy to ensure that you are confident in your purchase prior to shipping your order.

If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss will only transfer to us upon receipt of the return package at our warehouse. When making a return, please retain all package tracking and customs information. We will be unable to accept responsibility for lost packages unless you are able to provide proof of delivery.

Manufacturer Warranties and Satisfaction Guarantees

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). TheInsoleStore.com is not responsible for such issues that may be inherent to international purchases. Volume Order Shipping

Orders that are considered bulk, volume, wholesale, or otherwise significantly larger-than-average purchases may be subject to different shipping policies than those described above. Such orders may require additional time to ship and therefore be exempted from our same-day shipping promise, be exempted from free shipping, require signature confirmation, or require package insurance.
