Orders placed by 2:00pm Eastern Time Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day the order was placed. Orders placed after 2:00pm or on a weekend will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on a USPS Postal Holiday will be shipped the following business day.
To qualify for free shipping, your order must have a subtotal of $20.00 USD or greater and must be shipped to an address within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO locations. The "Free Shipping" method must be selected during checkout. Orders that are placed with the Free Shipping method will be sent using our Economy Shipping service.
Shipping Services & Upgrades
TheInsoleStore.com utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments. We do not ship any orders via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carrier/courier service, even if requested.
We offer two shipping service speeds for order shipped within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO locations:
- For orders that do not quality for Free Shipping, we offer an Economy Shipping option for $5.95 USD. Orders shipped with the Economy Shipping option will be sent using USPS First Class Mail service.
- If you wish to expedite the delivery of your order, you may elect to choose Priority Shipping for $10.95 USD. Orders shipped with the Priority Shipping option will be sent using USPS Priority Mail service.
Orders shipped outside of the United States, regardless of destination, will be sent using ParcelConnect Priority.
For certain orders, TheInsoleStore.com may elect to purchase additional shipping services, such as signature confirmation, postage insurance, or other upgrades. The cost of such additional services will be borne by TheInsoleStore.com unless specifically requested and authorized by the party placing the order.
Package tracking information, including postal carrier and tracking number, will be delivered via email at the time of shipment to the email address provided during checkout. All orders receive shipping with delivery confirmation up to the point of delivery. If no email address is provided, or if an incorrect email address is provided, you may not receive your tracking information.
TheInsoleStore.com does not guarantee delivery dates for any order. However, we are able to provide delivery estimates based on the shipping method chosen:
- For orders that receive Free Shipping or Economy Shipping, the expected delivery time is 3-6 days after shipment.
- For orders that receive Priority Shipping, the expected delivery time is 2-3 days after shipment.
- For international orders to Canada, the expected delivery time is 7-14 days after shipment.
- For international orders to the rest of the world, the expected delivery time is 10-30 days after shipment.
If there is ever an issue with your order that would prevent us from achieving our same-day shipping goal, you will be promptly notified by our customer support team, with the exception of business closings due to severe weather, acts of God, or other such circumstances. TheInsoleStore.com is not responsible for any delays that occur once an order leaves our warehouse; shipping delays during transit are the responsibility of the postal carrier.

TheInsoleStore.com uses a flat rate calculation for international shipping.
- Orders shipping to a Canadian destination will be subject to a shipping charge of $14.95 USD.
- Orders shipping to any other non-US, non-Canadian destination will be subject to a shipping charge of $24.95 USD.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility, as are any other fees charged by the customs or import authority of the destination country. TheInsoleStore.com does not ship any packages "duties & dues prepaid." We do not claim, label, or otherwise mark items as "gifts" or "samples." When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must ensure compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped in the event of a problem with the original shipment.
When shipping packages internationally, there are many factors that may cause delays which are beyond our control, such as weather, language barriers, inspections, import restrictions, and other international transit and import procedures. TheInsoleStore.com is not responsible for any delays in transit or delivery time. Delivery date estimates are not guaranteed.
Unclaimed and Refused Packages
If your order is unclaimed from customs, refused upon delivery, or returned to sender, forcing the carrier to return the shipment to us, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund upon arrival back to us.
Returns and Exchanges
We must receive a product back at our warehouse before we will be able to proceed with any request for refund or exchange, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you would like more information about a product before we ship your order, please contact our customer support team. We will be happy to ensure that you are confident in your purchase prior to shipping your order.
If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss will transfer to us upon receipt at our warehouse.

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).
