Collection of Personal Information
What information we collect
Online Insole Sales may collect certain personally identifiable information ("PII") from website visitors in order to provide its website services to its website users. The only PII that Online Insole Sales collects is information voluntarily supplied by site visitors during their site usage session(s). PII typically refers to information such as name, street address, email address, and phone number.
In addition to PII, Online Insole Sales also collects general site usage information to help in our efforts to continually improve our site. This information includes data such as IP address, browser type, device type, whether you responded to a particular ad, and/or how you browse the website during your usage session(s).
Where we collect information
PII is only collected when supplied voluntarily by website users during their website usage session(s). We may ask for PII in the following places: During checkout, during website account creation/login, during email newsletter signup, and/or during interactions with customer support.
What we do with the information
PII is used to process orders, to communicate with you about our site services, and to provide you with promotional content where authorized. PII may be shared with business partners and affiliates where necessary to provide our website service to you, such as to create shipping labels or to interact with our customer support team. We do not sell any PII to 3rd parties.
We use general site usage data to perform statistical analyses of our site in order to improve our website performance. Such data may be shared with business partners and affiliates where appropriate in order to make improvements to our website products and services. We do not sell general site usage data to 3rd parties.
Both PII and general site usage data may be combined with other available user information, such as demographic information and purchase history, that may be available from our records or from other sources. This information may be shared with our business partners and affiliates in order to improve website performance or to make future marketing efforts more efficient. It may also be used by our marketing partners to bring you offers of interest.
If you prefer we do not share the personal information you have provided us and information about your order with marketing partners, please Contact Us.

Our website uses secure encryption technology to protect your PII and any other information entered on our website. This is indicated by the "https" preceding our domain in our website address, and by the "Secure" message or padlock icon that is shown in most web browsers.
Secure payment card transaction processing
Our website uses secure checkout to transmit your payment card information from a secure web page to a secure payment application.
We do not store complete payment card information on any of our systems. Payment card information is passed during the secure checkout process to our secure payment processing partner for payment validation and authorization. Once payment is processed, the only payment card information we maintain is the card type (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), the last 4 digits of the card used, and the card expiration date. We do not maintain the full payment card number or the payment card CVV/CSC. This practice helps us keep your information safe.
