Overview:

The Powerstep Pinnacle PLUS Orthotic Insoles w/Met. Pad are a Strong, full-length, semi-rigid medical-grade foot support accepted by the American Podiatric Medical Association. The PLUS has a double layer of shock absorbing EVA/VCT foam cushioning for enhanced comfort PLUS a raised Metatarsal Pad. The top of the insole is covered with a friction reducing antimicrobial top fabric. They are ideal for athletic, dress, and casual shoe, as well as boots.

    They're advertised as something spectacular but the thickness, arch support and cushion is quite ordinary and only matches others at the drugstore for half the price

    Rather soft. The more you walk, the less supportive they seem. Somewhat overpriced.
