Description

This heel lift is made up of multiple layers of firm, clear vinyl that stick together to create the complete heel lift. Each layer adds 1mm to the total height of the lift, and layers can be added or removed as necessary in order to create the correct lift height and lift angle for your feet. Each subsequent layer downwards is slightly shorter than the previous layer, which ensures that the finished wedge creates a nicely taped shape with a tapered edge that ensures a smooth fit when placed in your shoes.

Sizing

For the best fit, we recommend purchasing the size that corresponds with the width of the heel of the shoe you plan to use the inserts in. For convenience, we have provided the typical corresponding shoe sizes for each size insert.

• Small: Measures 2⅛ inches wide. Typically fits shoe sizes Men's 5-6/Women's 4-7.5.
• Medium: Measures 2⅜ inches wide. Typically fits shoe sizes Men's 6.5-8.5 / Women's 8-10. 
• Large: Measures 2¾ inches wide. Fits shoe sizes Men's 9+ / Women's 10.5+.
