Our complete selection of cushioned, semi-rigid, and rigid orthotic arch supports to provide foot support and promote foot alignment and stability.
Orthotic arch supports are shoe insoles that feature either a cushioned (completely flexible), a semi-rigid (semi-flexible) or a rigid (completely inflexible) arch support plate to prevent the arch of the foot from collapsing. They commonly also feature a deep heel cup that cradles the heel of the foot to promote foot stability and to prevent the ankle from rolling too much.
The arch type you choose should depend on the degree of support you need. Cushioned arch supports provide the most flexibility but the least foot arch support, rigid arch supports provide maximum foot arch support but little flexibility, and semi-rigid arch supports provide a good combination of support and flexibility.
