• If you'd like arch support along with added arch & metatarsal cushioning, check out the 3030, 3810, and 3210 styles. The 3030 Pressure Relief offer fully flexible arch support, the 3810 Ultra Arch offers semi-rigid arch support, and the 3210 Motion Control offers rigid arch support.
• For a thickly cushioned insole with minimal support, check out the3020 Pressure Relief insoles. These are almost identical to the 3030s but without the arch & metatarsal cushioning.

Are the 10 Seconds insoles identical to the old New Balance insoles?

Yes! If you're looking for the old New Balance styles (named IPR3030, IAS3810, etc.), these were originally made by Hickory Brands. When Hickory Brands stopped producing insoles for New Balance, they started making the same styles under the 10 Seconds line of insoles.
