SHIPPING - Depending on order size, our primary shipping method is either USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail with "tracked" delivery. The US Post Office estimates a delivery time of 2-3 days for Priority and 3-5 days for First Class deliveries. - All other International Orders outside of the United States will be subject to a Flat Rate shipping charge of $21.95 USD to cover the cost of international shipping by way of the USPS - International Orders are shipped via First Class Mail International.
- For International Volume orders of 10+ Insoles, management reserves the right to adjust the shipping charge as a result of excessive weight and final destination. Please use our “Contact Form” to verify exact costs for large volume shipping orders.
- Pertaining to orders and shipments outside the United States. The Post Office does not provide “In-Route” shipping and tracking information for International Orders. International orders have a Customs Number instead of a Tracking Number.
Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. We do not mark items as "gifts". Orders are typically delivered within 7-18 business days from the date of shipment. However, there are many delays that may occur that are beyond our control caused by such things as weather, language barriers, duties, taxes, import restrictions, and customs services. We ask that you allow for up to 30-45 days from the date of shipment for the delivery of international orders.
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped if there is a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our fulfillment centers.
