NOT the best for my plantar fasciitis -See Customer Review by gllp
Price Value Quality I suspect this is more for someone needing more lift and arch support than me. I don't think I have a general arch support problem, but have heel pain from plantar fasciitis due to my jumping up and down SO much in group cardio exercise classes. For me, these Supports fit such that there is a weird bump posterior to my natural arch. (I am a Women's small 6 and purchased Size 5-6.) Other full-length arch supports that I have purchased based on reviews for plantar fasciitis relief do not have arch elevation as pronounced as these. In the Spenco line, the Polysorb Total Support Insoles are MUCH more comfortable and therapeutic for me. (I've been thrilled with Sof Sole products and my Powerstep Pinnacle insoles. I'm trying to stay with highly-rated products in the lower price range, for now.)
From The Insole Store: We're sorry that they arch support is to high for your foot. In our opinion these are rated for a medium to high arch foot and would be to tall for a flat foot or low-arched foot. They are heat moldable via boiling water to shape to your foot if you'd like to do that. The Spenco Polysorbs are a more flexible orthotic arch that are good for flat feet and low to medium arched feet. Yes you may also like the PowerStep Original for a lower price point. Heel Cups maybe a better choice for you and your activities too -consider the Sof Sole Airr Cups. Feel free to email us and/or call and we can run through a list of issues to help identify the best insole for you. (Posted on 2/8/12) -
Incredible Review by Barb
Quality Price Value I bought these on the advice of a physician after suffering terrible pain for 4 years. Within 2 days, I am walking pain free. I am so grateful for this product. Better than any other insert, at any price, that I have tried before. I highly recommend this product. (Posted on 10/31/11)

working so far Review by Mike
Price Value Quality I am suffering from plantar fasiitis and need something to help me walk without crying. I heard about the spenco arch supports and got a pair. They seem to be working as the pain is not nearly so bad. I just started using them a few days ago and I expect it will take some time before I am fully well but so far, I am getting favorable results. (Posted on 2/9/11)

Highly Recommended Review by Jeff
Price Value Quality I am a very active person. I love playing basketball, football, tennis, you name it, I play it. A few months ago, I started having pain in my left heel and achilles tendonitis in my right heel. At times it was so bad it was debilitating, I could not run, jump or play any sport. I could barely walk without feeling the pain in my heels.
I went to see a Pedorthist and he recommended I try the Spenco Orthotic Arch Supports. I bought a pair and started wearing them all the time. At first, they were not very comfortable but soon I got used to them and could wear them without any problems. Within a week or two, both of my heel problems disappeared. I felt no pain and started running again. The Spenco Supports are a great product at a pretty low price. I HIGHLY recommend them. (Posted on 10/28/10) -
yep, they work Review by frank
Quality Price Value On the recommendation from my Podiatrist, I got a pair of the Spenco Orthotic Arch Supports. At first they seemed to feel strange. I was not used to anything supporting my arches and I kind of believed I did not need any orthotics anyway. But, because I was hurting and because the doctor said they would help, I stuck with em and now I am so very glad I did. My feet feel great, I dance all night with no problems and better yet, the next day I feel like I can do dancing again. They do work, I thank my doctor and now I am the one recommending the Spenco Orthotic Arch Supports. (Posted on 10/25/10)

better than custom built ones Review by J
Price Value Quality I used to wear custom built orthotic inserts that cost me a bunch. a friend of mine kept telling me about the spenco orthotic insoles and how they are better for much less money. I read up on them and figured how could I go wrong, they have the guarantee and compared to the custom inserts, they are pretty cheap. I bought two pairs and I can tell you I am more than satisfied. they feel better than the custom inserts. I can tell you I will not buy another pair of the custom inserts but I sure will get some more spenco inserts. SUPER price and very good inserts. Great deal. (Posted on 8/28/10)

worth it Review by Magiver
Value Quality Price I have had two pair of these inserts for over seven years now. After insurance paid for my first arch supports at age 15 @ $500.00. I out grew them and could not afford that again so I gave spenco arch supports a try. They have out lasted countless pairs of shoes, as well as a couple of Black River fishing trips in northern AZ; standing and walking in ankle to waist deep water for three days straight. I am getting ready to order two more just in case, but i think I still have at least two or three years left. (Posted on 5/4/10)

Good arch support that really work Review by Ally
Price Value Quality These were recommended by my doctor so I gave them a try. Really, I was in so much pain I was willing to try anything. Much to my surprise, they made a huge difference. At first, they seemed a little uncomfortable and I was going to send them back but I decided to try them a little at a time over the next few days and after just a couple of days, I didn't even think about taking them out. Now, they are the most comfortable things I have. They certainly work for me and I will keep on using them and recommend them to anyone needing a good arch support. (Posted on 4/13/10)

Pain free walking. Good-bye plantar fasciitis. Review by Jackie
Value Quality Price My doctor recommended these for my plantar fasciitis. Within a couple of days I noticed a big difference. The pain was gone, my feet did not ache anymore and suddenly I could walk all I wanted to without even thinking about it. The spenco arch supports gave me more than I hoped for. I am going to give my doctor a great big thank you next time I see her. (Posted on 2/14/10)
