I have used different types of arch supports and while some were ok, none were really "the ones". I thought the sole foot beds were kind of expensive as off the shelf insoles go but I decided to give them a try.
I wear them in my casual shoes and without any doubt I am well pleased. I was surprised by the amount of cushioning in the heel cup, I thought I was getting arch supports but what I found was that I got arch supports and some cushioning.
I followed the directions and heated them for 2 minutes in the oven and from the first moment, they fit perfectly. They cost a little extra but they are really good insoles. Really good quality and they work, that is all that mattered to me. I am a sole foot bed customer for life. (Posted on 2/13/10)
