I got these to put in my hiking boots. I usually go backpacking through some rough terrain and I am extremely pleased with not only how well they have held up but most especially in how comfortable they are. In fact, I am so pleased, I now used them in my every day shoes. Also, they provide very good heel support. Ankle and knee fatigue is noticeably reduced using these. For a time, I was being bothered by pains on my knees and on the balls of my feet. I went to a doctor to have myself checked out, and the doctor recommended I rest my feet for a few weeks, and gave me a pair of Superfeet insoles for whenever I walk around even inside my home. After a few days, my knee and heel pains completely disappeared. It's a miracle, this product really is. (Posted on 2/20/10)
