Best ball-of-foot support that I've found - not only are the gel steppies fantastic for everyday wear, such as for use in dress and work shoes, but they are the only product that I've found that work wonderfully in my dance shoes. They do not slip or move, and they provide enough cushioning to withstand hours of dancing without detracting from my ability to feel the floor with the ball of my foot when I dance. Until I discovered Apara Gel Steppies I could not wear my boots. My entire body weight was on the ball of my foot. With The Steppies I have no pain and wear my boots comfortably. Now I wear my boots all the time without discomfort in the ball of my feet. Great little cushion. (Posted on 2/13/10)
