My son plays baseball, basketball, football and every other kind of ball you can name. He wears out the insoles that come with the shoes in about 30 days and then he gets blisters. I have tried several other brands and models before I tried the Sof Sole Custom. This insole finally solved the problem. I bought three more pairs and put them in all his sport shoes. I got these for my hiking boots. Before, my ankles would start hurting after walking for a while but not since I started using the sof sole inserts. I followed the directions and heat molded them to be sure they would fit the way they were supposed to and from the first 5 minutes I had them in my shoes, they felt great. Lots of cushioning and terrific support. I like these a lot and would definitely recommend them.
