I have lived with foot pain for over 50 years.  Being 200+ and 6’6, I’m a large sized man with a Men’s Size 15 foot.  I’ve suffered foot pain my entire life.  Once I tried an expensive $200 plus custom orthotic that was nothing but painful.  For me, I have found that your Spenco Polysorb Cross Trainer Insoles are fantastic.  The cross trainer insoles are inexpensive, provide cushion comfort with some cushioned arch support too.  I wear them in my daily workboots and shoes and cannot say enough about them.  Wish I had tried them many years ago!

I am a retired Martial Arts Grandmaster who owned a Martial Arts business for 25 years and have practiced for over 37 years. I made my living on my bare feet. Richard had been wearing our Sof Sole Airr Insoles which I’ve featured in this article:  Forefoot Pain: Prevention & Treatment.  After speaking with Richard about his on-going foot pain issues we identified that he loved the fantastic cushion support that the Airr’s provided; however, he needed additional arch support due to collapsed foot arches.  The Sof Sole Airr Orthotic Insoles are the same as the Airr -but have a raised arch support for additional foot arch support.

Lately there have been many movies released about super hero’s-  The Green Lantern, Captain America and Ironman.  The real super hero for me are my Superfeet Green Insoles.

I have been running since I was in seventh grade and now I am 42 so suffice to say I have been a runner most of my life.  I have run countless road races, 3 full marathons and a half marathon.  I have had my share of foot, knee and hip pain. Ibuprofen was my best friend.

My mid life crisis this year was to try a Ramblin Rose Sprint triathlon.  For my training, I was introduced to the Superfeet Green Insoles and have used them in my running shoes since. 

They are fantastic!  I will advise breaking them in to allow your feet to get use to the new support it provides your foot -if you’ve never worn an orthotic arch support before.  I put mine in and immediately completed an 8 mile run.  After the run, I had a small blister on the inside arch of my foot.  That was when I decided to read thedirections and follow the advice of breaking them in slowly for a few days.

The Superfeet Green Insoles fit comfortably in my shoes and I had a whole new feeling of support in my arch.  My ankles and knees are stabilized.  The aches and pains of the past are gone.  My race was successful and I plan to use Superfeet from now on!

I worked with Dennis over the coarse of a 1 1/2 months while he was in search of the perfect tennis shoe insoles.  Typically, a tennis player needs extra cushion in the forefoot pad and our first recommendation is the Sof Sole Airr Performance Insole; however, this was a bit to thick for him.  Dennis chose the Sof Sole Athlete Performance Insoles as they are a thinner cushioned insole -but still provide a gel metetarsal (ball of foot) pad in the front of the insole for added shock absorption he needed for playing tennis.
