Plantar Fasciitis is a very common medical condition causing heel and foot pain in adults. Those suffering from this foot condition experience symptoms of heel pain that is usually most severe first thing in the morning. Plantar Fasciitis is a predominant cause of heel pain, most often referred to as a heel spur.
